We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Postrippl cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting us at [email protected].
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide Postrippl with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Postrippl to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Postrippl will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a free trial period to new subscribers. If you opt-in for a free trial, you will have a limited access to the Service for a specific period of time.
The trial period requires you to enter your payment information. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
After the trial period ends, you will be charged the monthly or annual subscription fee for the Service.
At any time and without notice, Postrippl reserves the right to (i) modify Terms of Service of Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
If you are not at least eighteen (18) years old, you are prohibited from both the access and usage of Service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
By connecting a social media account and publishing content through Postrippl, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service and community guidelines of each respective platform (including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Discord). Postrippl is not responsible for any violations of third-party platform policies committed through use of the Service.
You may not use the Service to schedule or publish content that violates any applicable platform policies, is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. Postrippl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this policy.
