• 5. For Bluesky (AT Protocol app passwords) and Discord (webhook URLs), credentials are stored to enable posting on your behalf.

We may collect information that does not personally identify you. This information may include:

• 1.Device information (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system, etc.), the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit.
• 2. Usage information (e.g., how you interact with our app).

• 1. Provide access to PostRippl's social media scheduling platform.
• 2. Connect and authenticate your social media accounts through OAuth.
• 3. Schedule and publish your content to connected social media platforms.
• 4. Send important notifications about your scheduled posts and account status.
• 5. Analyze and improve our platform's performance.
• 6. Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
• 7. To provide you with notices about your account and/or subscription, including expiration and renewal notices, email-instructions, etc.
• 8. To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information

4. Social Media Platforms

5. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. We encrypt social media authentication tokens and sensitive data using industry-standard encryption protocols both in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. We do not store payment card information. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

While no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information.

6. Data Sharing and Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate our platform, including for payment processing, email delivery, media storage, and background publishing. Personal data is shared with these providers only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

7. Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18 (“Child” or “Children”).

If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

10. Data Deletion Requests

We will process your deletion request within 30 days in accordance with applicable regulations. Upon processing, all your personal data, scheduled posts, and associated account information will be permanently removed from our servers.
